ASV POLICY

This policy refers to a set of web products and mobile apps: mobile booking apps for iOS and Android platforms released as a part of ASV solution.

ASV customer is a product of Airport Services Company of VietNam. ASV is committed to protecting and respecting the user’s privacy.

Safeguarding your personal information is important to ASV and it recognize the responsibility you entrust it with when providing your personal data. This Privacy Policy details how your personal information is used by ASV both actively and passively, when you use the ASV Mobile Applications (“Apps”), wishes to outline what information it may collect from you via the App how it will use it, whether it will disclose information provided by you to third parties by the Apps. You can be sure that we will only use your information as described in this Policy.

By using ASV’ services or registering you consent to the processing (collecting, using, disclosing, retaining or disposing of personal data) of your information under the terms of this policy.

1. INFORMATION VNTAXI MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

ASV may collect and process data about you relating to:

• the location, address of Customer;
• email, telephone, name, picture (avatar you upload) (if you submit);

2. WHY DO WE COLLECT, STORE AND PROCESS YOUR DATA

ASV uses information held about you in the following ways:

• to carry out ASV’s obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and ASV (including but not limited to pick-up and drop-off destinations);
• to verify your identity when you sign in to any of our App;
• to allow you to participate in interactive features of ASV’s service, when you choose to do so;
• to contact you for your views on ASV’s services and to notify you about changes or developments to ASV’s service;
• to improve the App including tailoring it to your needs;
• to respond to support tickets, and help facilitating the resolution of any disputes;

3. INFORMATION STORAGE TIME: As required by the provision of services to the Consumer and in accordance with relevant applicable laws.
4. ASV DOES NOT steal, use, disclose, transfer or sell information related to business secrets or personal information of the Consumers, partners in e-commerce without the consent of the related parties unless otherwise provided by law.
